These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pp999. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out below. Each player may hold only one active pp999 account. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts are a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension, confiscation of balances, and a permanent ban from the pp999 platform.
All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits issued by pp999 are subject to specific wagering requirements. Bonuses that have not met the required rollover threshold cannot be withdrawn. Full bonus terms are disclosed at the point of each promotion offer.

3.1 Use of pp999 is strictly restricted to persons who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they hold an active account on the Platform.
3.2 By registering, you declare and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. pp999 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will take all reasonable steps to prevent minors from accessing the Platform.
3.3 pp999 reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address from any Player. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence.
3.4 Any account found to be operated by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any funds held in the account — including deposited real money — may be subject to regulatory withholding pending investigation.
3.5 Players must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by pp999 or by a third-party responsible gaming authority, at the time of registration or at any point during which they maintain an active pp999 account.
4.1 Each individual may hold only one registered account on pp999. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment instruments, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Players are obligated to update their account information promptly if any details change.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pp999 login credentials. pp999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your password secure.
4.4 You must notify pp999 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. pp999 may temporarily suspend an account pending investigation of any reported security incident.
4.5 pp999 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise make available your account to any third party.
5.1 pp999 accepts deposits made via the following methods currently integrated into the Platform cashier: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT (TRC20 network). Available methods may be updated from time to time.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions is Rs 100. The minimum deposit for bank transfers is Rs 500. Minimum deposit thresholds for other methods are displayed at the point of transaction within the pp999 cashier.
5.3 pp999 does not charge Players any transaction fees on deposits. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers are outside pp999's control and are the responsibility of the Player.
5.4 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. pp999 will not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
5.5 pp999 does not extend credit to Players under any circumstances. All gaming activity must be funded from a positive real-money balance within the Player's account.
6.1 Players may request withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section and in Section 7 with respect to Bonus Funds.
6.2 pp999 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Target processing times by payment method are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — within one hour; bank transfers — within one to three hours during standard operating periods; USDT (TRC20) — within thirty to sixty minutes, subject to network conditions.
6.3 pp999 reserves the right to conduct identity and anti-money laundering verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Players should maintain their identity documents readily available to avoid delays.
6.4 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods. Minimum thresholds for other payment methods are displayed in the pp999 cashier.
6.5 In accordance with anti-money laundering obligations, withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method from which the most recent qualifying deposit was made.
6.6 pp999 may delay or refuse any withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. Players will be notified of any such hold and provided with an explanation to the extent permitted by applicable law and internal security protocols.
7.1 pp999 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spin credits, reload incentives, and loyalty rewards to registered Players. All such offers are governed by these Terms and by the specific terms associated with each individual promotion.
7.2 Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied in full before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game categories are disclosed on each promotion page at the time of the offer.
7.3 pp999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the offer is being abused or exploited by a Player or group of Players acting in coordination.
7.4 Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new Players only. Any attempt to claim a new-Player promotion using a second or duplicate account constitutes a Prohibited Activity under Section 9.
7.5 Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have satisfied the applicable wagering requirement may be transferred to the withdrawable real-money balance.
8.1 All bets placed on pp999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type or sport. These rules are accessible within the relevant game lobby or sportsbook section of the Platform.
8.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by pp999, it cannot be modified or cancelled by the Player, except where the Platform explicitly provides a cash-out or cancellation feature for the specific bet type.
8.3 pp999 reserves the right to void any bet where a manifest error in pricing, odds, or game configuration is identified, regardless of whether the error was apparent to the Player at the time of placement. Players will be refunded the stake amount in the case of a void bet.
8.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on pp999. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and are subject to change.
8.5 All live dealer game results are determined by the physical actions of the dealer and are final once the round closes. RNG-based game results are determined by certified random number generation algorithms and are final once rendered.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pp999 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
pp999 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account where a Prohibited Activity is suspected, pending investigation. Confirmed violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance, in addition to any other legal remedies available to pp999.
10.1 pp999 may suspend or close any Player account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur.
10.2 Players may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting pp999 support. Real-money balances remaining at the time of voluntary closure are eligible for withdrawal, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
10.3 pp999 may also close an account where the Player is inactive for a period of twelve consecutive months. Prior to closing an inactive account, pp999 will make reasonable efforts to notify the Player at their registered contact details. Any real-money balance in a dormant account will be held in accordance with our dormancy policy and may be subject to a monthly administrative fee after the dormancy threshold is reached.

11.3 A self-exclusion applied by a Player is effective immediately. pp999 will use all reasonable technical means to prevent a self-excluded Player from accessing the Platform. 12.1 All content on the pp999 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, database structures, and user interface designs, is the property of pp999 or its licensed game studio partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pp999 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. No other use is permitted without the express prior written consent of pp999.
12.3 You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from pp999 for commercial purposes or in any manner that could damage pp999's reputation or intellectual property rights.
13.1 pp999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults at all times.
13.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pp999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security; (c) any technical errors, game malfunctions, or connectivity failures outside pp999's reasonable control.
13.3 Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pp999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13.4 pp999 is not responsible for the availability or content of any third-party services, payment processors, or game studio platforms linked to or integrated with the pp999 Platform.
14.1 If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your pp999 account, game outcome, withdrawal, or promotional offer, you must first submit your complaint to the pp999 support team via the live chat function or the support email address published on the Platform.
14.2 pp999 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a final resolution within 14 calendar days. Complex disputes involving game server logs or payment provider records may require additional time, and you will be kept informed of progress throughout.
14.3 Where a Player remains unsatisfied with pp999's final decision on a complaint, they may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by pp999's licensing authority. 14.4 Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism described in this Section before any legal proceedings are initiated.
15.1 pp999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players by a notification displayed upon login to the Platform and, where we hold a valid contact address, by direct communication to the registered account.
15.2 The date on which the current version of these Terms was last updated is displayed prominently at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
15.3 Where an amendment materially and adversely affects a Player's rights, pp999 will provide not less than seven calendar days' notice before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
16.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pp999 holds its operating gaming licence.
16.2 The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the mechanisms described in Section 14.
16.3 If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the severance of the invalid provision.
